I did a great job exercising today 50 minutes on my eliptical, yay! unfortunately I don't think that makes up for my first 'cheat' of my induction. I was doing so good but now on the evening of day 13 i slipped:(. I think perhaps one of the keys to dieting is knowing the limits to your self control at any given time. I am no where near discipled enough to say go to a buffet, I know that, so I avoid them... my husband respects that I am on a diet, but continues on with his normal eating habits (hoping to gain a few rather than lose). I made his his favorite mandazi, an east african fried dounut of sort. I even ate before I started so that I wouldn't be hungry, but still got about 3/4 of one down before I instintively tossed the last bite into the trash as if just then realizing what I had done...
