So after reaching a healthy weight and maintaining it for a short while, finishing school, moving, getting pregnant, (gaining a ton) having beautiful twin girls, then taking care of them for the last 9 months.... FINALLY- I'M BACK! Ready and dedicates to getting myseld health and fit. Almost forgotabout this site, i have had some success lately i started this journey at 182 about a month ago. I'm not so hyper focused on the scale this go around, I want to be in better shape. My restrictions in pregnancy which eventually led to bed rest left me feeling so de-conditioned and I have been so busy every since i have made little progress in fixing that.

A little late on the weight in and not much change, happy so long as I am going the right direction...super stressed, with the conclusion of my advanced medical surgical nursing course...agh! Just one more week and it is over.

Feeling good to be back on track. Got lots of work to do, but i was just looking at vacation homes in Mombasa...think about my trip keeps me motivated.

Not sure why my old weight was recorded there it was 146 yesterday but my weight of 143 (from more than 2 months ago) was somehow re-recorded, so I didn't gain 3 lbs over night...
