Oops, I tripped
Are you sure about that calculation, Chibimeow? I have yet to come across 2 slices of pizza (even with the Coke) that come anywhere near a full days of calories.... Of course, I've never met your father's pizza either. Lol. I wouldn't worry yourself over it now anyhow. It's in the past (good or bad), and you get another day of opportunities.
Something that has helped me (and I had previously lost 106 lbs), is to remember that if I just feed the inner thin person inside me, the rest will melt off. We are heavy because our consumption goes beyond that healthy thinner person mark. So, if the thinner you could have eaten those 2 slices with the Coke and maintained weight that day, then you can eat the same thing and still lose weight. I am not saying whether or not your meal at your Dad's was the correct amount of food (you'd know that much better than me), I'm only using your scenario to explain my experience with food consumption. I hope this helps you like it did me.

Oops, I tripped
I just keep thinking ahead to how great it feels to be a normal healthy weight. You already have the right attitude, so keep living forward. A new day, a new meal, a new beginning.
