Seem weird actually writing my weight down, scary even. But I did it and it's time to move on..lol.
I'm a mom of 3, and like to think and eat like I'm still a teenager. I've been working out and starting to see results....not on the scale though. So I need to figure out a diet plan to start. I carry most of my wieght around my middle. I need to get rid of my muffin top! Any suggestions?
