Diet Pop. To drink or not to drink it?
You have the fake sugar. Your body says, "yum, sugar.... " Then your body says, "wait, I've been fooled!" So then you crave real sugar. This is what's behind the theory of why people that drink diet soda's are more overweight than those who don't. Between that and all the mystery behind long term health implications, I really try not to have it. I've tried to switch to ice tea when I want something more than water, but it's hard! I cave now and again. This is making me motivated to just kick the habit.

Help on my diet
Alright, I feel like I'm trying to sell this as I've mentioned it to others a few times before, but I've found it has been so helpful... It's a podcast by personallifemedia.com, called "Weight Loss from the Inside Out", by Renee (something or other, can't remember last name). There are a couple episodes on friends and family "sabotaging" your diet and social eating. I recommend listening to it from the first episode on, because it is sort of sequential. She'll refer back to things she's talked about before. But, I skipped ahead to the friend/family sabotage one because I had the same issue and an event coming up, so I needed strength!! Anyhow, it has helped me. Good luck!
