I ate crappy food today, but stayed in my calories. Better than nothin'! Also had a great workout.

I'm really happy because I fell off, got right back on, and lost a lb this week. Slowly but surely, and the point is, it's coming off! Also, I haven't been able to exercise due to back issues. I'm starting up tomorrow because I feel like I can get back at it now. I'm looking forward to it. I get up at 4:21 a.m. to workout (I know, crazy), and I love the time. With a husband, kids, full time job, etc., it's the only time I have to focus on myself and it is so peaceful. I have some tea, stretch, and get going on the workout. I can't wait to start again in the morning. That said...good night!

So close to leaving the 200's behind. I can't wait!! I feel like I've found a plan I can reasonably live with and actually enjoy. Calorie counting is so simple and has really made me aware of how much I used to snack, and over-portion. Not like it was a big surprise, but tracking my food on this website is just making me more accountable. It just feels like something I can sustain. Working out is also going well. I just really need to add strength training in and this is the week I'm going to start. I don't know why I've ignored this in my plan...I guess one step at a time!
