Not as good this week but I guess a flat outcome is ok, better than a fat outcome. Need to get back into my healthy routine and plan my day to avoid bad food decisions and to get carried away when I smell or see those moorish and yummy foods that are just everywhere..

Was excited to weigh myself just now I knew I had been really good this week and was going to get on the scales in the morning which is when I usually do but said what the heck and jumped on. Was an easier week and have developed more of a routine so I don't find myself cheating as much.
