Winter was not kind to me. Outdoor activities dangerous due to lots of ice. It was also a very stressful time for me. Deer side swiped my car. Repairs took 5 weeks. My home of 12 years was on the market for 10 months, lost all equity and then some. Perfect storm for not watching what I ate or getting on the recumbent to deal with the stress. Back on the bike yesterday & more mindful of what I eat. ;-)

Back on the “recumbent” horse to start 2020 right. And eating healthy “again”. Feeling sorry for myself sufficiently satisfied...

Gained 1 lb, but that’s ok. Been very busy with new puppies & haven’t logged in food , weighed or done recumbent in a week or so. I climb stairs several times a day so that counts as some exercise.
