BMI finally in the overweight range, 29.5. I'd need to lose 20 more lbs for BMI of 25. I might get there, but for now, very happy for this major accomplishment.

Ending the year 40 lbs lighter since May. Original goal was 136.0, but will aim for 126.0 in 2022.
Keto was more difficult from Thanksgiving to Christmas, but I was able to bounce back & still lose weight. Winter hiking keeps me motivated.
