A friend gave me an excellent alternative to meat for bolognese, cauliflower and mushrooms. I food processed the two together, then used as meat. delicious and pretty fat free and cheap too. 😋

Yay, 1st day after calorie counting again using this fab app, and I've lost 2lb !!! woohooo, I say to myself "go girl, go girl, you're fabulous!" kisses to the universe I'm so pleased!!

Here I go again, this time I hope I can keep it off for good! lost 2 stone during lockdowns, I've put it all back on again. I'm now determined to keep it off and lose another 1/2 a stone. 10 stone is my goal, I'll do it, I will!!
