Hi. I am 40, female and fat! I know, but it is a fact.
I have 2 small children. I have done the yoyo thing for 20 years. But I have put on 4 stone in 5 years.
I have Hashimotos Thyroid Disease but I have lost weight in the past and run three 10k races.
My issue, I believe, is working from home for the last 2 years. 3 stone has gone on in this time.
I've tried all the groups and left after losing 10 - 20 lbs.
