calculating & recording an activity level that isnt in the list??????
I was wondering if anyone can help me, i want to record my activity level for my job but am not sure how the best way to monitor it is. Im a waitress & i walk for hours but not only that im constantly lifting & carrying heavy loads for up to 7 hours sometimes anyone got any hints or tips for me??
