have seen a small loss, which should be more for being around 800 calories per day. eating much smaller portions and not as hungry as I used to be, but then the metabolism adjusts.

Anew start again as I gave up after I plateaued. The death of Dr. Michael Mosley was a shock, so sad, and he had done so much to raise awareness of health and weight loss. I reread his blood sugar diet book which has inspired me to make a new start. I also received the dress I ordered to custom measurements after giving up on being slimmer and the photos of me in it shocked me, so that is another incentive. it's easy when you are at home but if I work away that's when it gets harder so I will have to pack boxes of celery sticks and carrots to take with me and frozen soup etc.
