This morning I popped my achilles tendon putting up some blinds. I am bummed because that means I can't jog on the treamill for a few days. I have to find something else to do to help me keep my focus and motivation.

Doing well today... I passed up doughnuts! It was good to get up and walk this morning before school. It really helped my focus. I don't know if I am going to make the 3 lbs in the first week challenge, but I am feeling better about myself.

So far, so good. I am beginning my second week of watching my points and exercising on my treadmill. It feels good to be doing something good for myself, although like others out there, it stinks to have the scale not budging. I sooo want a quick fix!

I don't think I ate enough food yesterday and today I feel like I am starving! I just need to allow myself to eat and continue to write everything down. I also need to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet.

Today is my first day on fatsecret.com. I have done weight watchers in the past, but have gained the weight back because I went back to my old ways. I have to make a lifestyle change.
