Yesterday was a bad day for me.i had a chocolate craving that went nuts.I ate crunch bar-kitkats n munched on m& m. Gotta get back on track.....

Went over my calories today but with all the hard work I have been doing I treated myself to some chinese:-)

Did very well at the gym today.went by myself and got busy.I did 9600 strides on the elliptical which took me 62 minutes and it felt great.I went in the afternoon instead of early morning and i seem to have done better:-) kinda proud of myself:-)

Only lost 1 lb this week .I did slack a little but I'm going to keep it up and work hard to meet my goal weight.I have been building more muscle and it feels like I have lost more than a pound.i guess I should have done some body measurements ...going to continue:-)
