Broke my fast at 67 hours at my favorite vegetarian restaurant.

Hour 39 of my fast. I’m not quite as energized as I was yesterday, but I’m working in the office today as opposed to working on clients houses so I’m much more sedentary. I’m feeling... not light headed, but kind of spacey. I’ve been drinking water and coffee all day, and will have my chia seed/water/cinnamon mixture after work, probably around 6.
My boss has so many pastries, cake, cookies, snacks... you name it in the office, so this is borderline torture. But, the scale is right next to the kitchen, so I know I’ll have to answer it if I break. Trying to hold strong here..

On a liquid fast today aside from 2 tbs of chia seeds in water with some cinnamon.
Started the day out with water and coffee with cinnamon. Waited till about 3pm to have the chai seed mixture, then once again at about 10pm. Also had a serving of raw organic sauerkraut. I plan on moving on to strictly liquids tomorrow, herbal teas, lemon water, coffee...
I’m feeling pretty good, too! My cravings have been tolerable, I feel more energized for sure and have been going nonstop with errands and work and even some play. Got a quick run in before one of my dogs decided he didn’t want to run anymore. I could keep going, but it’s bedtime but am going to do some core exercises before hitting the hay..
All in all a good one I’d say. :)

Excuse my red face as I’m taking this post run. N flexing. Hour 44 of fasting and I’m actually feeling pretty good aside from some slight headache and feverish-ness. I managed to make it out of my pastry laden office without eating a thing. Down to 132z
