I am feeling really good, managing my thoughts on food, eating in moderation, but I did have a bottle of wine last night, and I still managed to lose weight.

Well I think I am doing quite well, very motivated to lose this weight, I've gone from eating bags and bags of lollies a day, to only snacking on fruit, the fruit gives me that sugar boost I crave. I eat a weight watchers meal at lunch time at work, and make myself drink 2 pump bottles of water a day. Wonder how long I'll stay motivated until I tire. Hopefully through this website I will manage to reach goal, with the support of like-minded friends.

Slowly does it, I think my new scales are corrupt!! I came home this afternoon and weighed myself, and had dinner and weighed myself again and now i'm lighter than I was earlier.
