I’m loosing at a turtles pace. I know I need to add more activity to see better results. I would love to go for a walk but right now red tide is keeping me in the house. I have access to a small work out room and I’m to need to push myself to use it.

Survived a week away from home. It’s sooooo hard to stay on track when away, but I did as best I could. I had two days that my carbs were higher than 50 g. I was a lot more active. Got in lots of walking and ended the vacation with a loss of a few tenths of a pound. It’s a win!!
