Giving myself a Pat on the back today. After breakfast I felt sluggish and thought maybe I’ll just hop back into bed and take an early nap. Then the self arguments started. That’s not a good decision. But they say listen to your body and I’m tired. You really need to keep moving. It’s probably allergies and I should just rest. Go out for a walk. It probably smells from red tide. No it doesn’t it’s beautiful out. Maybe if I sleep first I can go for a walk later. If you don’t do it now your won’t do it later. Go for a walk!
I did it. Yes. I went for a walk. About 3 miles and feel proud of myself. Geez the struggle is real!!

I’m completely stressed out. We close on our new home Monday and I have a boatload of contractors lined up to begin renovations on Tuesday. This will go on throughout August. I’m scrambling to hire the last person to do some carpentry work. I feel like there is so much going on in my head. I’m so overwhelmed.
So I made sure to start my day with a full healthy keto breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, avocado, and berries. Just trying to take care of myself.
No stress eating!!

So excited to start seeing some new numbers on the scale. Been a little more active and I think it helps.
