Starting whole 30 in the am in hopes of teaching myself to curb my sugar cravings, and choose healthier options. This isn't a diet, my goal isn't to drop the pounds. My goal is to really pay attention to what I'm consuming for energy and how it effects me. And I have got to get my emotional dependancy on sugar under control.

Started couch potato to 5k today. During the entire run my 16 month old was having a complete melt down circling the baby gate I bought to put around the treadmill while in use. She was trying to tear the gate down, and throwing herself on the floor because she wanted to be able to get to me. My oldest was just very curious and wanted my attention at times but listened well when I asked her to play a game till I was done. As far as the actual run itself it was not as bad as I was expecting it to be. I'm looking forward to my next run, I'm going to try while the kiddos are sleeping, but my treadmill is older and kinda loud....

I promised myself once I weaned the baby, and after I came back from vacation I was setting goals and focusing on myself.. there will be no excuses, no guilt, no shame. It is what it is, I am where I'm at and it's my responsibility to work on myself. So starting Monday, my first day back at vacation, it's on. I'm about to show myself and everyone what kinda tough stuff I'm made of, and force a change. I got this.
