My name is Gloria. I have been overweight most of my life. I have tried to diet most of it. I would lose some, get discouraged, and would quit altogether. So many times I tried, and so many times I failed.
Since I started the keto diet, I can see the weight loss. I can tell in my clothes. I see it in my face. My goal is 125. I am excited for the first time in my life that I know I will meet my goal. My date of completion is the second week of October. I pray every day when I get up that God gives me another day of willpower. I am, for the first time, excited about my future at 71 years young. I will for the rest of my life go by the keto program so I don't gain it back
