I am 37 years old and have three children that I home school. Their ages are 15, 13, and 11. I have been married for 17 years and have struggled with my weight for most of those years. Three years ago I weighed 268 pounds and knew I had to do something. I lost 90 pounds and have been able to keep most of it off. I now need to loose the 27 pounds I have gained and would like to drop about thirty more along with that. My mother has been diagnosed with Breast cancer and I lost my grandmother to it. I know for my health I need to make changes. I am hoping to loose my weight by my 18th anniversary in March. I am counting calories and try to stay under 1400 a day. My husband bought me a bike for my birthday and I am ridding it at least five times a week.
