to be honest with my self and with you all ....
i missed up last night
... i was so sad and angry that make me feel weak and i needed my comfort food :(
this is the mistake i do every time i lose 2kg or 3kg .....
it is just was a day ... and i have anther 6 days until the next weigh in ! i cant let my team down !!
i really need that good feeling that comes to you when you know that you lost some weigh and i am determinate to feel it next Friday

day 3 :
i am so exited ! just an hour ago i ate my dinner : a huge sandwich with a lot of vegi in it ! and
i am full
although i did not eat all day but breakfast ... !!
i am happy now , cuz i am not thinking
ALL
the time about my food or what i am gonna eat !
i barely think about it ... :)
i mean there is no chance that we make sweet or snakes and i do not eat most of it and was that just a week ago !!
]now the only challenge that i have to win that i be able to go on with my diet even when i am outdoor with friends and all the temptations :)
that would be cool
...
and with the challenge i sign in with other members , man i cant wait till the next friday :)

i earn it
i lost 1.5 kg ( 3.3 lb )... i make my own diet flexible and so it fits my life ... i am looking forward to the next week !
i need to do that for my self
...
