Dinner. Probiotics salad plater. Homemade pickled cucumber, sauerkraut, maman & kimchi together with tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and fried mackerel dressed using mayo and sambal belacan. An aqquired taste 😅

Problem with new pants, lol. Shorten jeans without cutting diy. Never too old to learn new skill. Glad I took my time to learn this yesterday. No more folding. Yup hand stitch after so many years :)

What? A compounded loss?
Down 2.8kg(6.16 lbs) from last week😱😱😱. This shocked me since last week was a gain. I did get on and off the scale 10 times just to be sure. BMI down to 25.7. My lowest since 11 years ago. Feeling grateful.
After doing this for sometimes you think you know how your body works and do what you think is right to shed the weight off. But at the end of the day, it's not you who decide. I learned to make peace with it now. Do my best and accept whatever comes😅.

Made breakfast for the fam. No not for me but who knows, i might just have a pinch or two. ;)

Egg fried riced cauliflower with grilled chicken breast. 430 cals.
Recipe :
300g Riced cauliflower
1.5 tbsp Sambal belacan**
1 tbsp oil
1 Egg &
Seasoning
*It shouldn't be soggy that's where the egg coming in to play and avoid adding water. Chop or crush the cauliflower by hand if possible. Cook for at least 20 minutes (medium heat) or until everything is nice and crumbly.
**Sambal belacan is somewhat similar to salsa in paste form with shrimp paste and lots of bird chilli. I made mine with added fish sauce. I think you can get away with using salsa.
***You can be creative with your ingredients. Mine is very basic.
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil
2. Sauté the sambal
3. Add the cauliflower and mix well.
4. Put the egg in. Let it cook half way and mix.
5. Seasoned to taste. Enjoy😋
