I find on the atkins diet I am never hungry and the cravings are gone. When I started upping the carbs in each phase I found I was gaining weight. I realize I will be one of those people that can have maybe 30 carb a day. Which I am fine with. To really make it through induction there has to be no cheating. I followed mine to a T. I also thoroughly did my homeword before starting this way of life. Read all atkins books, went on sites and listened to people. It wasn't very popular with my dr. but she didn't really know about it except it was "dangerous'. I have one problem and that is finding any kind of low carb foods where i live.
