Found a great site today.Lovely girl and her husband lost about 100 lbs each.She has a wonderful collection of recipes...many she developed herself.Can't wait to be an AFTER!!!

Insulin resistance not responding to the low glycemic diet.Try Atkins and I am losing again.I think this is what it will be for the rest of my life.REALITY CHECK!!
