I am a 25 year of mother of two beautiful children, Gracie who will soon be 4, and Gibson who is 4 months.I live in the beautiful mountain of North Carolina and I have a wonderful husband, who does not quite support my choice to go back on the Atkins diet as he feels it is unhealthy for me. However I do it anyways because it is the only diet I seem to be able to stick to! I have about 40 lbs to lose before I get to my goal weight. I would really like to be at least close to it by the summmer!

If any of you low carbers (or anyone else) haven't seen the documentary fathead you really should take the time to watch it. You can watch it on netflix or for free on hulu. It really uncovers alot of lies that we have been told about the way we should eat.

But sometimes people change things on here because the package says 0 carbs, when actually it may have .5 carbs. I have learned that sometimes labels lie.

Also check and see what the source of the nutritional info is, anybody can put about anything on here, if it says USDA it is right for sure.
