one cup of chai from TOT
had dinner at night with rice + daal + pumpkin sabji + chicken.

noticed could not eat a lot.

watched a movie and went to sleep.

since friday night , Jan 13th 2023, it went all downhill.

Had a vodka with lime and rosemary and a sprig of rosemary. Just one glass!

Next day was gassed up and sluggish and started eating like for 4 ppl.

STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL!!!

Today is MOnday and the weight si at 158.8!!!

crazy.

starting OMAD, plan to drink tea after 2 pm and eat at 6, only vegeterian! all i can! Maybe add salads and go straight to bed.
