Hit the magic 50 year mark last winter. Gained 20 pounds since then. Need to stay on track and work a program, some life changes. Accountability is important to me, so I'm putting it out there. I need to lose about 50 pounds. Anxious to work with others. I work a full time job, have a side business, am a musician (a fat one) and wife and kid at home. My daughter really needs a more healthy involved dad. So I have lots of reasons to get after it. I have some limitations physically at this point. Wondering how many of those would go away with the weight loss and exercise. Would love to work with others who are busy, on the go, and in a similar position. I think some synergy will help us all. Open to food ideas too. I've been eating whatever. Lost a lot of weight before using Atkins, but want something more balanced. Tips and recipes that I can take with me all day are appreciated. Need some buddies! Scott
