I have gained 17# on Low Carb. LC worked for me in the past but not this time. Maybe because of menopause? WW has worked for me too..and boy did I miss fruit. Looking forward to the WOE. Would like to lose 25# by Christmas.

Doing better this week, packing my lunch. Not much exercise though. When it cools down I will walk at lunch (if there is time) Weekends are always good, working around the property, riding the horses or the ATV's.
This time I will stay on this WOE!

Started a new job today. Thought I could take some time off when the company I managed for 9 years closed. Planned on getting so many things done. BF and I work around the property all weekend but during the week I just can't get moving. I have gained 14 pounds not working. The one good thing about not working was being able watch my 17 mo old grand daughter when my daughter is in school! So today was the day I get back on track! Not setting an end date but my goal is to lose 25 lbs. 10-15 by the holidays will be nice. It should start cooling off her soon (below 90 at least)
