I am 26 yrs old. I am the single mother of a 6, 5, and 1 yr old. I work from home doing marketing research. My goal weight is 130 lbs. I currently weigh in at 145 lbs. After my 3rd child I weighed in at 163, it has taken me 10 months to get to 145! I need to figure out a much more structured program to help me reach goals and maintain my home!
