Still Sticking to It
Still on track. Yesterday had an epic 3 1/2 hours in the garden. Was so worn out could hardly sleep. Muscles in the morning pft lol. Loved it though. Did a bit of planting today of new vegies. So hope next weigh in is a loss this time told my hubby that coz I am using the treadmill and working in the garden plus mowing and planting etc I could be gaining muscle that may counter act the weight loss. (I stayed the same weight for 1 week no loss no gain). Well if it happens again I'm planning on eating my lower leg. That may give me Hmmm perhaps a 1kg loss lol.
