Clipped the 80 pound mark! Starting to feel like a totally bitchin' rock star. I'm winning because I'm a winner! I can't pretend anymo...oh sorry! I just started the new Charlie Sheen weight loss program. Ok...just kidding! On a more serious note, I'm feeling pretty good about how things are going. I've been far from perfect, but have been trying my best to stay focused overall. I've had a terrible chest cold for the last week and haven't been able to exercise much, so I dread getting back to the kettle bell after a week off. But rest assured as soon as my lungs clear up I'll be work through the soreness once again.

Back in August, I posted that I tried to do Tae Bo but I wasn't ready for it yet. My fat gut got in the way of some of the exercises, and I could only do it for about 10 minutes. Since then,I have been working with a kettle bell, treadmill, and nordic trac skier. So today I decided to try it again. Not only was I able to do all the exercises, I finished the entire 45 minute routine and felt freakin' awesome when I was done. Going to bed now with a smile on my face...well...because of the excercise. lol
