rollar coaster ride these last 10 days. fluctuating between 216 and 229 ... ugh. what I found out is that some foods that are Keto friendly are not good for me ( Nuts) but this last week with low carbs (even with some refined sugars and breads) I was able to come down in weight. so will experiment with low carb and see how that goes... but without the nuts LoL

No Change, amazing how sensitive my body is to food...
couple of days ago, went out to eat with family, Ordered a salad dressing on the side and plucked out the things I knew were not friendly. Tempted to eat one chicken strip, which I love, that was breaded and in hot sauce ... well, that blew it... only had 2K calories that day, but that blew it... now back to just eggs / salad / olive oil and coffee (with HWC)... focused on max calories of 1500 per day, salad (spinach), eggs and olive oil, and to fight off hunger, lots of coffee with stevia and whipping cream.

still focusing on Insulin Spike awareness, Keto, calorie count and lots of coffee. yesterday was a 1500 calorie day, two meals, 4 hours apart from each other . ate out for a customer lunch, had a blue cheese wedge salad with dressing on the side, bacon and chicken. later had 4 scrambled eggs with a spinach salad and blue cheese covered in garlic olive oil .. coffee with heavy cream and butter.

still working on limiting insulin spiking foods, past few days just 1 meal a day for about 1500 calories, and lots of coffee or course..

still focusing on Insulin Spike awareness and Keeping it KETO. staying away from beef and Fish for now. Eggs, Spinach, Pork and Chicken. Still eating Keto friendly Veggies. lots of coffee with stevia and heavy whipping cream.
