Overweight but healthy. Tired of feeling extra flesh when I sit and bend over. I love my body and not looking to get “skinny”. I just wish to tone up and get my flat tummy back. Doing Keto and moderate exercise/weight training. Love Keto and the way I feel but starting to struggle with food options and food boredom. I will probably keep this up for another month and switch to low carb/Paelo.
