Feeling really good these past few days! Starting out the day with a good bowl of overnight oats made savory with onions, cilantro, salt, pepper, cayenne, basil, and molasses. Super yummy!

So I was quite surprised I hadn't gained anything yesterday after breaking my fast. If I do today tho I won't be surprised at all lol. The plan is to have veggie juices, salad, avacado, and snap peas with my homemade dressing. yummmmm. I'll take pictures 😬

Ended my fast this morning with a delicious carrot juice mixed with other healthy veggies. Guaranteed I'm going to gain a little bit back. Which is exactly why I'm going to SLOWLY introduce solids back into my diet. Cool beans.
