I'm 26 years old and apparently too effing skinny!
I've always been a string bean, and I have to admit, part of my self-esteem is directly related to my tiny waist and slim hips.
However, I've been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years now, and since everything else seems to be in working order, my doc suggested I fatten up and see if that changes anything.
SO, here I am, happy with my body shape, but not with it's numbers-- 19.6% body fat isn't super awesome for fertility.
Time to work on upping my fat percentage while keeping toned! Does anyone else feel like these are opposing ideas? :-/
