Well all my hard work gone! I haven't been following any kind of diet. I know it doesn't help to be negative, but seriously, I feel so defeated.
I CANNOT eat whatever I want if I don't want to be FAT! I am FAT!
I have to diet for the rest of my life. And yes I know I can't look at it as a diet, I have to think of it as a lifestyle change, eating healthy, blah blah blah. Say it how you want, but I don't get to eat what I consider to be tasty, I don't get to eat my convenience foods, on the go, fast foods. I have to diet!
I am a typical fat person: I eat fast food, ice cream, candy, chips, deep fried goodness... and I eat ALOT! This is who I am. So if I want to lose weight I have to change who I am. I don't typically think, "Yum I can't wait to have salad tonight." And I don't exercise - I hate it. I'm always so tired after working full time, and my busy schedule as a mom. But that's what I have to do. How?! I don't want to take one freaking day at a time... I want it now. UGH! Impatient I know, I'm sorry I'm acting like a child here.
I hate that I worked so D*** hard to get under 200 pounds and here I am weighing more that when I started.
I did good today now only a million more to go 2 pounds at a time. What's the rush. Here's to another chance. My first step will be to get out of this pity me attitude.

Well I messed up big time! Goes to show this is a lifetime thing. Just to be a little negative here.... I can't do this forever! It sucks! Why can't we be like those people that can eat anything they want and still look great? I hate always having to pass up on foods that I love.
Okay enough of that...
I am doing a juice fast starting this morning. I'm doing it with my sister. She juiced everything last night for our breakfast, lunch, dinner for a week. I will do this at least until I get back under 200... back to where I was before I stopped would be good. Now I have to look into a healthy eating style that I will like. I really did like Southbeach, I'm just so busy. I don't have enough time to always be cooking something. That's why so many people are overweight - unhealthy food is so easy to make.
So I'd be up for suggestions right now so I can do some research into what I will do next. I'm having my first juice breakfast now and it's not as bad as you would have thought with what goes in it. Hopefully the lunch and dinners aren't worse, because I want to do this for at least 30 days. My sister looked it up and it's not supposed to just be for losing weight but also for cleaning out your body. I just wish there was an easy way to make your body not like chips and cookies and ice cream and candy....
Well hoping for a great week for you and me!
Thanks ~Donna

Started something new. I got back up to 215 by March. That is so scary. In less than a month I gained almost 10 pounds. So easy to gain so hard to lose.
So now I am doing a variation of the juice diet. I am not going fully juice. I have my juice in the morning and then I eat beans/fruits/veggies/nuts/whole grains throughout the day. And lots of water (with cucumber for flavor).
Looks like it working so far...the first week you try a diet is always nice. It gives you that little boost you need.
