It says my starting weight is 246, but that’s just what it was when I downloaded this app. My starting weight was 291 on May 30, 2022.

I went to the doctor today and I’m down 60 pounds from one year ago. She told me that my goal of 175 was reasonable for my build, and I’m doing a good job. She changed my meds, and I hope some of my pain subsides.
