intermittent fasting plan for a daily basis:
(19:5)
6pm-7am: 13hr complete fast, no eating and only water
7am: <100cal breakfast and cup of tea (fast technically not broken)
7am-1pm: 6hr complete fast, no eating and only water
1pm: full, healthy lunch to break fast (200-500 cals)
1-5pm: snack on almonds or other high-protein healthy foods
5pm: full, healthy dinner (300-600 cals)
6pm: fast starts again

hot water is great because it reduces hunger pangs and tricks your body into feeling fuller! go boil a cup ;)

here in norway (where i am until sunday) it's snowing quite heavily-luckily i have a hot mug of tea to warm me up! i can't wait to get back to england and weigh myself, i feel like i've made so much progress already!
