Okay! Little one is over 9 months old! Man, the time has flown. Getting back on here now, ready for the New Year when I start getting myself back under control. My weight went up during the lock down (which is the only reason I got pregnant, go figure) but it ballooned during the pregnancy thanks to blood pressure issues. My pubic ligament was ripped clean in half during labour which has made exercise extremely painful. I've also had to give up the job that had me walking around 8 miles a day. So, after the New Year, I'll weigh in, cry over the progress lost, and then knuckle down and get back to it!

Well well well. Had a massive health scare a few months back (thought I had the big c) which turned out to be a pregnancy! I was told over a decade ago IVF was my only hope of conceiving and that even that was a hail Mary pass. Umm, oops? Twenty six weeks tomorrow, baby is perfectly healthy (so is mum apart from a little too much weight) Not counting calories because midwife isn't worried about my weight gain but I just wanted to check in

The lockdown has absolutely hammered my mental health. I've been having anxiety issues, panic attacks, insomnia... Safe to say I haven't been keeping track of my calories. The very idea is enough to make me panic at the moment but I'm hoping to be better enough to get back on it soon. Hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy 🙏

Not weighing because I can see just by looking in the mirror I've piled the weight back on. And it's not going to get much better any time soon because I can't shop for fresh stuff every day or two which means frozen processed junk for most meals. I need to stop snacking on junk (it just stop snacking period) and get back to doing some sort of work out.

Like I wasn't finding it impossible enough. Household isolation for the next 14 days because hubby's symptoms have thrown up red flags 🤦🏻♀️
