I think my PCOS is slowing down my progress. I need to reduce my carb intake, increase my protein, and the weight should start dropping again. Gotta stick with it! I'm not gonna let this stupid condition stop me from reaching my goal.

gotta watch the carbs, gotta watch the carbs, gotta remember that PCOS slows down weight loss with carbs. I was dropping weight when I ate 70g to 90g of carbs per day. Im gonna have to pay closer attention while avoiding going into ketosis.

I've only lost 10lbs so far BUT when I first started this journey, I couldn't hold a plank at ALL. Now I can hold one for 30 seconds!! I know it's not much but I'm super excited! When I tried it, and saw how easy it was, I couldn't help but start laughing I was so excited! 😅

anyone have any at home exercise ideas?? I don't have any equipment or weights but I really need to add more movement to my diet
