I ended out the day yesterday
below
my RDI. I know that's not exactly the idea, but I just wasn't hungry and opted not to make myself eat the remaining calories before I went to bed. That's good, right? I didn't do much for exercise, though, only my 10 crunches for the day and a walk with Remmington while he drove his Power Wheels car. We walked up to the school for the book fair and back, which is probably 1/2 mile, but since I had to stay by Rem I couldn't have walked any faster than 2 mph. Tonight everybody will be home, it's supposed to be super nice out, so maybe we can hook up the trailer to the bike and we can all go for a ride.
I weighed myself when I got up this morning, which I swore I wouldn't do becuase I only want to weigh myself every Monday morning, but I was down to 297.2! Now I just have to decide if I should record that weight or weight until Monday like I'd told myself I would. It's not like I can't weigh in again on Monday, right? I just don't want to become that person that weighs myself constantly throughout the week and frets because I fluctuate.

I did so great yesterday, totally stayed within my calories for the day while I was at work, drank all my water, and did a full 30-minutes of exercise when I got home. It was great! I was even 300 calories below my limit when we got done eating supper!
And then I saw them....the bag of peanuts sitting on the table, staring at me...taunting me....saying, "Come on, just one! You know you want some salty goodness..come on...." And I caved. I started eating them and didn't stop. By time they were gone, I think I consumed an entire day's worth of calories. I'm so disappointed :(

Today starts the first day of the new, 2300 RDI my doctor and I set for myself yesterday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm able to stay satisfyingly full throughout the day.
