Day 3 on my diet. Yesterday was a terrible day, my little sister brought some junk food home and of course I had a chocolate bar. Because I was freaking out I decided not to eat the rest of the day. I know this is the worst thing to do but usually I would give up on my diet and eat like crazy the rest of the day. Today I'm going to grocery shopping to look for more healthy foods. I'm not sure about this keto diet, I love fruits like kiwi, pineapple and watermelon and apparently those aren't keto approved, it's more berries.

I'm back.... I was getting ready today and realized most of clothes I have don't fit anymore. Of course I've noticed for a while but today it finally kicked in when it was way too tight. Today I decided to start the keto diet. I know I can do this since I have before, I just need to stay committed.

I have been fasting the past few days and lost a lot of weight. Today I decided I will give myself a break and have a cheat day. I only had fruits for breakfast so I can really go in for lunch and dinner. I'm most likely going to gain weight but that's okay. I no longer weight myself and mainly go off how I look and fit into my clothes. Tomorrow I won't fast anymore but I will continue to watch what I eat.
