I just don't understand why I'm gaining weight... I know I've had more sugar than I should but I'm staying within my calorie range... this is miserable....

I started the day off great but my sugar craving is kicking in.... hence my sweet snacks... I need to get occupied doing something else...

I weighed 121 this morning... ugh! I plan to go to the gym today. Hopefully I'll get the bile salts supplements in the mail tomorrow so I can start taking them. My hope is they will help break down both good and bad fats in my system since my gallbladder is no longer there to do the job.
