I would say size 8 (CAN). It's an easy size to find and I felt good when I was that size. (I don't know if my hip bones would fit in anything smaller either)

Need Input!
I don't know much about your diet, but Avocados are higher in fat, lower in protein. You could have guacamole? Plain full fat Cream Cheese is mostly fat as well.
