81 years old, in good health. borderline diabetic, started trying to lose weight when I weighed 206, got down to 181, got lazy and went back to 201- started watching what I was eating, tried no carbs, no fat, keto, meto and ditto - still weigh to much! Doctor sent me to a dietitian, am now on a 1800 calorie a day diet along with 2 - 30 minute a day exercise routine. Am keeping strict tabs on what I am eating, and try to drink lots of water. Weight is 192.2, so I am between 40 and 50 lbs overweight. Would like to get to 145 - just a number I picked out!
