Down 10 lbs from when I started on March 6 as of this AM weigh in. Yeah! I only started here April 1, so when I recorded my pound loss this morning it told me I was losing at a rate of 7 lbs per week. Cracked me up! I so wish. The bad part about me is that nasty little voice in the back of my head. Even though I'm proud of myself, that stupid little voice tells me how bad I still look, how far I let myself go that ten pounds hardly makes a difference, it doesn't even change my pants size. I wish I could grab a hold of that stinking little voice and kick the living daylights out of it!
