wanna play a guessig game? guess how much i lost in the past weeks. well i either gained it all back or ......yea i'm pretty sure i gained it all back. i know on my profile it says i lost 4 lbs but it's really irrelevant what it says right now. the point is, i haven't weighted myself b/c i've been eating a lot more than what i usually eat, yes sugar is my sweet weakness.
ok so no more excuses, i gotta get my shit together; eat right and workout and pretend i'm losing weight. lol which ironically works.

i'm supposed to lose 5 lbs by now. it's been 5 weeks since i've started "my diet." i don't even wanna weigh myself right now. scared of what i might see but then again how relevant is it? decided that i cut off all of the junk sugar, it makes me feel awful and it makes my face look awful. so yea no sugar and no obsessing. i did run today for 40 min in the park. so i feel refreshed.

i ran 45 min yesterday. felt great. it was so worth it.
ps: i don't crave sweets anymore. sweeeeet! lol pretty sure it has something to do with the 90 degree weather
