Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.2 %
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.3 cm - meh lol
I have been a little busy and, as a result, have not been logging food and not exercising completely (not doing aerobic exercise) I will definitely resume it as soon as things normalize though. Still computer stuff. This time not an issue but hard-drive alterations and consequent configuration. This stuff consumes a lot of time for me lol... I hope everyone's doing ok! :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scanner - 7.7 % - little lower than yesterday.
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.2 cm - 3 mm up from yesterday (hmm lol)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.8 % - rounding up, it's 8% (not real 8% of course heheh) and I think slightly more than last readings

I've been away for 2? days, I think because, at first, I've had computer problems and I had to reinstall everything which takes a long time (still not over lol) and I just decided to focus on getting most of it done using all available time heheh. Now I it's almost done. Computers are amazing. One little mistake and Vssshhh, a bunch of data lost lol. I was using a RAID 1 array and made the mistake of trying to clone the drive to another external drive (for backup). What I didn't know was that, by assigning the same drive signature as the original drive, once it booted to windows again, windows got confused and basically deactivated the original which ended up rendering it unrecoverable since this is was a RAID1 array and not just one single drive. Now the 3rd drive, could have had all the data. Could, that is because, at the last moment, I hesitated and canceled the process with fear that it might do what it ended up doing anyway. But the result was even worse because I ended up with two dead drives lol... Anyway, that's a mistake I won't do again. Raid1 is super-good (no down-time, etc) but it can be a pain when it comes to recovering data or backing it up...
Now, computers aside, if everything stays stable, I shall resume my normal fatsecret activity heheh

Unfortunately, today, I woke up really thirsty and, I completely forgot to weight myself before I started to drink lol but I did measure my waist (78.9 cm)
Also, I didn't plan it, but I ended up not exercising. I kept delaying it until it was too late already for me to really feel like doing it :)so, if I needed a rest, then I did the right thing heheheh. I really like exercising early in the day, when there's still daylight. There's a positive feeling tied to that but, as it gets late, it just feels out of place. I don't know why lol.
I'm amazed at my calorie consumption so far today in the way that it seems too few calories lol. But I'm still a few hours from going to bed so :)

Yesterday I finally finished the Ab Massacre, which is apparently 23 days after all, :D Especially after my exercise break, doing those last days of the challenge was tough. I had lost nearly half of my stamina. While I was doing like 110 crunches in one go or even 120 with some effort, I was now only able to do like 50 and then had to rest. It was a good thing I was nearing the end heheh :) Today I did 50 crunches, and I think it was 30 leg raises and I also "planked" with no specific time, until I felt the desired effect :)
It was also Pecs and Triceps day. I feel that I'm doing too little on this day - just push-ups and bench dips (1 set each). A bench would really come in handy to use the barbell but I wouldn't have enough space for it anyway so I'll guess I'll probably have to improvise something :)
Also, it appears a kind of physical fatigue has taken hold of me after restarting the exercise routine. That's part of how I felt while doing the abs. It's also as if I really don't feel like exercising. It's like my body is trying to tell me to take a rest or something but it doesn't seem to make much sense since I just took a significant break while I was slightly sick with that slight infection. I'm just going to keep exercising and wait for the fatigue to go away %)
Oh, and yesterday's food journal is definitely missing something. I'm pretty sure I've reached (and passed) my RDI. I just don't know what I forgot logging heheh.
